📋 Job Overview
A Cargo Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising cargo operations at the airport. The role includes handling cargo shipments, coordinating with ground staff, and ensuring safe and timely loading and unloading of goods.
🧑✈️ Key Responsibilities
Supervise cargo loading and unloading operations for flights
Ensure proper documentation and cargo records are maintained
Coordinate with ground staff, warehouse staff, and airline operations teams
Monitor cargo safety and security procedures
Handle special cargo shipments such as fragile, valuable, or perishable goods
Ensure cargo is loaded according to airline safety regulations and weight balance
Resolve operational issues related to cargo handling and transportation
Prepare daily cargo reports and shipment details
🎓 Qualification Requirements
Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
Knowledge of cargo operations or logistics preferred
Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge

Strong leadership and supervision skills
Good communication skills
Ability to manage cargo teams and operations
Problem-solving ability
Knowledge of airport cargo handling procedures
