📋 Job Overview
Ground Staff are responsible for assisting passengers and supporting airport operations to ensure smooth flight departures and arrivals. They provide customer service and coordinate with different airport departments.
🧑✈️ Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers during check-in and boarding procedures
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags
Provide flight information, gate details, and announcements
Handle passenger queries, requests, and complaints politely
Coordinate with security staff, cabin crew, and airport authorities
Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers with special needs
Ensure safety procedures and airport regulations are followed
Support arrival and departure operations of flights
🎓 Qualification Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
Basic English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
